Mackenzie was born in December, 2000 to Laura Hamilton. Andy Callaway married Laura in 2003 and has been Mackenzie's dad ever since. Mackenzie was homeschooled from kindergarten to 12th grade by Laura Callaway. Mackenzie is an active member of Faith Baptist Church and has attended there all her life. Mackenzie graduated in 2019 and began attending Ozark Technical Community College for Paramedicine. Mackenzie was hired into Cox Health Systems and currently works as a Paramedic in Webster County.

Mackenzie has two sisters and one brother that she is very close to; Miya, Madi, and Raylan.
